I could look at this always. Love you Florida! (Heart eyes)
View from the window seat just about to land in Boston! Never been, but it looks good so far! New experience: seeing the Atlantic Ocean from this far up the east coast! Also, saw some wind turbines, which made me happy! Yay for renewable energy! Having the hubs and kids here too would have made it perfect!
Soooooooo, pretty excited about the big 1970s burl wood desk I got yesterday!!!😍😍😍
I need an office space badly, but in our little 1950s ranch, there's not a ton of space for extra stuff like an office. Well, I do have a 1.3 million credenzas though, so one of them had to move on to greener pastures. So this first pic was the one to go. 😭 it's amazing storage, but that's about it. If you look at the picture below, you can see what replaced it! ☀️🌈 yay! Love me some vintage burl wood! Look below again after that. This thing was a BEAST to move and I legit had to lay down afterwards and thought I was going to barf. (eye roll emoji) I need some exercise. I can't wait style this out!
Happy Friday 🌈😘OMG. I love the golden hour in my house!!!! In case you don't know what the golden hour is, it's that special time of day where everything in your house glows with sunlight, usually in the late afternoon. It's totally magical! Spring is on its way, and I'm so excited! Does it seem superficial to be into interiors and decor? Some people would say yes, but I don't think so. Your home has such an impact on your feelings and mental state. Seriously, coming home on a Friday afternoon to see the house flooded with light puts me in such a good mood!☀️=😊 bright colors and sunshine, people!!!! Make your house your home! Fill it with the things that make you happy! Including the people that make you happy!!! .
Meena loves this little throne!
Happy New Year!!!! I don't know how your first day of 2017 is going (and I hope it's awesome), but mine is off to a great start! Hubby and FIL grouted the basement tile floor, which means the kids' playroom will be ready to fill and use soon!!!! Yay! Goodbye toys all over the first floor (I hope), hello Legos-stuck-in-my-foot-free days! Anyone got some good playroom ideas to share??
A winter forest adventure! Loving being home with the kiddos! Can't wait to win the lottery so I can quit my job and do this always!
Painted these with food coloring for my son when he was a baby. Now they make pretty window sill décor. Miss those days.
Officially on Christmas vacation! Woohoo!!!!! Pretending I'm a stay at home mom for 11 days!!!! Time to break out the wine! I mean, mommy juice! ;) Just kidding!
Is it weird that this is one of my favorite pieces of Christmas décor we have? It's just so happy!
Because it's just not Christmas without a piñata named Horse...(named by Meena)
